GDI Omni Announcement
Montreal and Toronto, December 15 - Mr. Claude Bigras, CEO of Group Distinction Inc (GDI) announced today that he will assume the role as CEO of Omni Facility Services Canada Limited (Omni) effective immediately.
Mr. Neil Lathangue had held the position as CEO, Omni since 2004.
“We agreed that this decision was best for the organization going forward” says Mr. Bigras.
Mr. Lathangue will remain on the Board of Directors of GDI and as a shareholder.
