SNC-Lavalin Nexacor is a leading realty management services provider in Canada, providing a full range of integrated infrastructure and realty management services to Clients in the Telecommunications and Utility market sectors.

SNC-Lavalin Nexacor is wholly owned by SNC-Lavalin ProFac who is a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, which is one of the leading engineering and construction firms in the world and a key player in the ownership and management of infrastructure. Through SNC-Lavalin Nexacor and SNC-Lavalin ProFac Omni services buildings owned or occupied by Canada Post, Public Work Government Services Canada, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and Ontario Realty Corporation. 

Breadth and Depth of Services
A full range of services are provided on a ‘pick and mix’ basis.  Services provided include; janitorial, day/support staff, grounds, landscaping, snow removal, pest control, office relocation, minor refurbishment and minor electrical. 

Size and number of locations
Services are provided to over 330 locations spread coast to coast and ranging in size from 1,000 – 1.5 million sqft. 

The Value Proposition
Due to the number and complexities of the relationships with the total of 7 client organizations the management of activates requires extensive relationship governance, involving representatives at all levels of the organization in ongoing formal and informal dialogue on all aspects of the service solution. 

Service delivery assessments are posted on the company's website providing feedback on completion and compliance levels.  All assessments, including health and safety confirmations are scheduled, recorded, reported and analyzed using a custom built service management and information system. 

All invoices are consolidated to enable the client to stream line their validation/verification processes. Significant changes have been made to the chemical and supplies deployed to comply with Omni’s own and the clients green initiatives. 

Geographic and service based bundling has provided the client with considerable realized savings without compromise to the need for local relationships and service delivery.  This has been made possible through Omni’s extensive national presence, our range of services, the complexity and sophistication of our service management and reporting systems.
