Neil Lathangue
Chief Executive Officer, Omni Facility Services Canada Limited
Chief Operating Officer, GDI

Neil is the Chief Executive Officer, of Omni Facility Services, responsible for its performance and strategic direction.

In fall of 2008, Neil was appointed Chief Operating Officer, in addition to being a member of the Board of Directors for Groupe Distinction Inc. (GDI); upon closing the largest transaction in the history of the building services and facility maintenance industry in Canada, a key milestone in Omni's and Distinction's expansion strategies. GDI, the largest group of facility services companies in Canada, is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: GD)

During his career, Neil has developed and managed many operating companies focused on facilities and property management. His roles have included start-ups, strategic and operational planning, market development and re-structuring. Neil has earned the International TOBY Award, global recognition for his work on managing real estate assets.

Prior to Omni, Neil was Vice President, National Real Estate Services, affiliated with the largest Canadian owned insurance company. In 2006, Neil had successfully executed a management buyout of Omni and it’s companies. After graduating from Brock University, Neil continued graduate studies in environmental engineering and furthered his development through University of Western Ontario’s Strategic Leadership Program.

Neil is a lecturer with the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) and has published two real estate textbooks. Neil remains active, sitting on different Boards and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).


Irina Dounaevskaia
Chief Financial Officer, Omni Facility Services Canada Limited
Senior Vice-President, Finance, GDI

Irina is the Chief Financial Officer, of Omni Facility Services responsible for directing the overall financial policies, including strategic planning, operational accounting, budgeting, banking relations, credit, tax, and cash management.

In fall of 2008, Irina was appointed Senior Vice President, Finance, for Groupe Distinction Inc. (GDI); upon closing the largest transaction in the history of the building services and facility maintenance industry in Canada, a key milestone in Omni's and Distinction's expansion strategies. GDI, the largest group of facility services companies in Canada, is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: GD)

With more than 15 years of accounting and financial management experience, Irina has held lead accounting positions with a variety of companies.

A Certified General Accountant with an MSc in Engineering, Irina is a member of the Certified General Accountants Association of Ontario.


Daniel Sklivas
Senior Vice President, Operations, Omni Facility Services Canada Limited
Vice President, GDI

Daniel is the Senior Vice President, Operations, of Omni Facility Services; in a Chief Operating Officer capacity. In this capacity, Daniel has overall responsibility for Omni's service delivery, customer service experience as well operations fiscal performance.

Daniel joined Omni with over 20 years experience within the Canadian building services and facility maintenance industry; having assumed progressively senior roles throughout his career in Quebec and Ontario.

He has extensive experience in many different facility types, including, commercial, retail, pharmaceutical, high technology, industrial and health care. Most recently Daniel was responsible for both real estate and facilities operations at Manulife Financial’s global headquarters in Toronto.

Daniel holds a RPA and FMA designation from the BOMI Institute as well as a Certificate in Management from Concordia University.


Ross Manley
Vice President, Corporate Development


Ross is responsible for the development and implementation of the internal and external initiatives which are necessary for the company to achieve it’s strategic objectives.  Additionally, he has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and development of the HR department and for ensuring its service delivery and output to internal and external clients. 

Ross joined Omni with considerable international experience particularly in Australasia and proven expertise in the facility services industry.  Prior to entering the facility services industry Ross was a business development consultant and approved advisor to the Auckland Business Development Board and he assisted over 40 organizations in various industries with strategic development initiatives.

In addition to his industry specific expertise Ross has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auckland University.


Frank Da Silva
Vice President, National Programs

In his capacity as Vice President, National Programs at Omni, Frank is responsible for corporate quality control programs, key account management, purchasing initiatives, inventory control and facility reporting protocol throughout the country.

Frank has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years, including cleaning, consulting and property management. As a consultant he analyzed contracts, performed operational reviews, developed cost control processes, prepared specifications and training programs in Canada, USA and in the UK for Cleaning Contractor’s and numerous clients. In Frank’s various capacities in property management, he was responsible for operational and mechanical systems at various properties within the GTA.

Frank holds a building environmental systems designation in electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.


Angelo Masciotra
Vice President, Operations for Eastern Canada

Angelo’s focus includes maximizing branch performance and growth, operational stability, and leadership in the areas of labour practices, finance and administration, as well as business development.

With over twenty five years experience in the facilities services industry, Angelo joins the Omni national management team with a valued track record in branch operations, development and performance; having been very instrumental in the recent growth and development of Omni’s operations and branch performance Southwestern Ontario.
